Black Oxide Coating is commercially called blackening apply to those components having very close tolerance limit. Our Black Oxide Coating will not have dimensional growth and the coating thickness will be less than a micron. Blackening is primarily used for application to increase the anti-chafing and anti-friction properties of carbon and low alloy steel parts, particularly sliding or bearing surfaces by providing a finish coating which will retain an oil film. We have Black Oxide Process facilities with bath temperature controller & timer at our Maraimalai Nagar and Ambattur Plant.

Brown Oxidizing:
Piston rings are Brown Oxidized for aesthetic appeal and anti-scuffing effect. We are equipped with process set up with temperature controller & timer for Brown Oxidizing.
