Phosphating
Phosphate Coating has a wide field of application in manufacturing industry both as an aid to Mechanical Production Operation and in Surface Finishing. We offer light weight coating for short term and medium & heavy wt. coating, which gives protection against corrosion; anti-wear coatings offering resistance to wear fretting, galling, scuffing in sliding & rotating surfaces; and phosphate coating as a production aid in cold forge applications. Our company offers two type of Phosphating with built in Temperature & Timer Control Process: - Zinc Phosphating
- Manganese Phosphating
We do our phosphate coating based on thickness in microns or the coating weight per square meter depends upon the customer requirement. We also do lube coating and moly coating after phosphating for the specific applications. Hydrogen de-embrittlement facilities are available for specific applications.
