Phosphating
Phosphate Coating has a wide field of application in manufacturing industry both as an aid to Mechanical Production Operation and in Surface Finishing. We offer light weight coating for short term and medium & heavy wt. coating, which gives protection against corrosion; anti-wear coatings offering resistance to wear fretting, galling, scuffing in sliding & rotating surfaces; and phosphate coating as a production aid in cold forge applications. Our company offers two type of Phosphating with built in Temperature & Timer Control Process: - Zinc Phosphating
- Manganese Phosphating
We do our phosphate coating based on thickness in microns or the coating weight per square meter depends upon the customer requirement. Hydrogen de-embrittlement facilities are available for specific applications.
